SOMERSET, WARREN and HUNTERDON COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICES' PRESENT:

Change is Coming

For the first time in 20 years, the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office plans to update the state’s "Use of Force" policy. The Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office, Warren County Prosecutor’s Office, and Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office are hosting a virtual town hall on Tuesday, July 28 at 5:30 p.m. to collect ideas and hear what changes the public feels is necessary to make the policy just and fair for all New Jersey residents and visitors.

The virtual town hall will include an information session to learn about the current policy followed by multiple opportunities to provide feedback on how you feel the policy should change. This meeting is a chance for all residents to directly provide input to influence changes to the Use-of-Force policy that all New Jersey law enforcement agencies adhere to.
